Match Fixing...
http://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/apr/13/wales-fa-match-fixing-port-talbot-rhyl

A match that i was actually at on Saturday is now the centre of attention.

Now i wondered how we won 5-0 after 6 months without a win...........

Ever felt like you have been at a 'fixed' game?

I just thought we played well and they had an off day............maybe not!!

Re: Match Fixing...
Didn't Matt Le Tissier try to do that kicking the ball out for a throw-in thing, but couldn't kick it far enough?

Highbury 2002-3 season.

The game where Berkgamp elbowed Bowyer. A full on ruck ensues whilst Arsenal have three men against our goalie, and score.
The same game where he sent Lomas off for a questionable foul in the box when the play was heading away from goal
The same game where countless decisions were so laughable...

The ref that day - Mike Dean.

Same ref who had a holiday from top flight reffing for failing to declare his links to a betting company...........

Apparently people got jailed for the incidents with floodlights. Don't remember that ever coming out

West Ham v Nottm Forest, we won 3-2 in 2003. My season ticket was front row of BML directly behind the centre of the goal. I swear to this day that David James jumped out of the way for one of there goals, it was impossible that anyone would let it in. I was convinced he was on the take in some way, and still feel the same way today. Think it was the Andy Reid goal if anyone can dig out a video.

I heard that. We kicked off and he just hit it out high and wide and it went straight out. What made it obvious was that there was no fucker from our team even running that way.

Surely Wales getting as far as they did in Euro 16 was down to match fixing.

Was Paul Durkin, Ron.

Horrible cunt of a ref

Re: Match Fixing...
That might have been a few years after that when we were going down that one Coff.

This one might have been sinclair....and he was playing wing back. Foe played centre back.Think Parlour dropped to the floor after sinclair got out his way and he still sent him off

Ron, Mike Riley?

I think Lomas got sent off

Re: Match Fixing...
There was talk of KITSON smashing off a pass from kick off at Old Trafford some kind of betting fix.

I think the Arsenal game at Highbury, where Petit hand balled it, and Lomas or Sinclair was sent off...that was a game where I felt the ref was clearly cheating. It meant Arsenal got in the champions league.

All the decisions that went against us got worse towards the end as it become clear Arsenal might not have made it.

Can't remember the refs name.
Think he was a little ginge.
